Location. Cleanliness. Comfort. This is the 2nd time for me to use this place (previous time was with my 6 years old son and this time was alone). The positive aspects: proximity to the train-bus station, supermarkets, all the good restaurants, and the convenience stores. The hotel service. The hospitality. The room. I was a satisfied customer like the previous time! Very quiet town. No noise problem, in spite of the proximity to the train station. Certainly, I will come back!

Convenient, comfortable room, good selection of amenities, great value for money, friendly staff accomodated our request to hold luggage during a short trip away.

All the staffs are excellent and even trainees are well trained. Room was small but efficient and comfy. It is very closed to Odakyu Shonanndai station and many pubs, restaurants, supermarkets are walking distance from the hotel. It is highly recommends to travel Fujisawa area.

The location was very close to the station and very easy to locate. This made traveling in the area very easy. There's a 7i/7-11 right next to the hotel, and very well stocked amenities. The self-check in was very easy and only took about a minute before I was in my room. Inside the room, it was very quiet and easy to fall asleep in.

Very nice hotel, extremely good location as it is close to the station. We went to Fujisawa and Enoshima by train and it was handy. The breakfast was EXCELLENT. The staff at breakfast were very nice, very well organised situation.

The staff is so nice and the room is very clean. I really love shampoo & conditioner in the hotel because it makes my hair very smooth 😉
